Primary Bathroom Renovation

This primary bathroom renovation in Foxboro, MA, completely transformed an outdated 1990s bathroom into a more functional, updated space.

We removed the oversized built-in bathtub and reworked the layout to make room for a spacious walk-in steam shower with dual shower heads. The shower features a built-in steam unit and a slightly sloped ceiling designed to direct condensation toward the walls rather than allowing it to drip back down.

Another major change was relocating the toilet into a private water closet with a pocket door, creating separation without taking up additional floor space. Instead of a traditional linen closet, we incorporated a custom storage tower into the bathroom cabinetry, with glass upper cabinets and enclosed lower storage for towels and everyday essentials.

We also updated the vanity lighting with three wall sconces and strategically placed recessed lights to provide more even illumination and reduce shadows.

From the layout and plumbing to the storage and lighting, every detail was considered to make this primary bathroom work better for the homeowners.
